Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your workspace automatically converts to the free Community plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for annual Enterprise agreements. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans, we also offer multi-year agreements with additional volume discounts. Contact sales for a custom quote.

What happens when I exceed my storage limit?

We will notify you at 80% and 95% usage. If you exceed your limit, existing documents remain fully accessible but new uploads are paused until you upgrade your plan or free up space. We never delete your data.
